My association with Synergia Foundation has been educative and rewarding, particularly with the dynamism and commitment of its staff and the President.
With the Interning Young “Graduates”
Synergia Foundation is a interdisciplinary applied research think tank that works closely with academia, industry and polity to establish impactful solutions in areas of geo-economics and geo-politics.
This first of a kind experiment to bring together a bunch of young Graduates from across the country, from diverse socio cultural backgrounds to “Intern ” together for 8 weeks and then have a “Convocation “.
These young boys and girls studying Arts, Law, Economics, Media etc. etc. had hands on Projects and listened to some very successful people from different faculties including Medicine, Corporate and Foreign Services to help develop a wholistic and pluralistic outlook.
The so-called Demographic strength of India must be harnessed by not only deepening Knowledge and Skills but also developing a tolerant and inclusive attitude with capability not only to get jobs but become Entrepreneurs committed to Diversity.
India needs each one of us to take at least baby steps. Let’s be positive, let’s build a strong nation the Ethical way, the SEEGOS way.
