Road accidents…. bring the excellent work done by the Save LIFE Foundation…. thanks to whom Supreme Court has also issued the ‘Good Samaritan’ Rules.
Now any Volunteer, who helps a Road Accident Victim will not be Harassed by any Govt Authority. The Good Samaritan who informed the Police or Emergency Services about the person lying injured shall not be compelled to reveal his name or personal details if he/she so chooses. In case a Good Samaritan so desires, the hospital shall provide an acknowledgement confirming that an injured person was brought to the hospital by the Good Samaritan.
