Out of the 100 planned SMART Cities in India…. just a thought…. why not have two exceptional cities under the Blessings of CM of Kerala and PM of India, Kerala Dubai and Gujarat Dubai. No Political party. Just a Global City under an all powerful Mayor, run like a company. Copy and Paste Dubai development plans.
