Ofcourse every marquee birthday counts. But sightings of 1000 Moons, the 80th Birthday is very significant. Celebrated across cultures and memorable for every Family, but this function was different cos Dr. Anil Indulkar is so Unique. His mission in life to spread happiness, positivity and bounds of Energy all around. At 80, he has the Enthusiasm of a 30+. Every personal calamity and misfortune is subsumed within, he is always smiling, radiating warmth and care, endearing to everyone, not shaken up by any provocation, able to build bridges, relationships and friendship across all ages and hierarchies including competitors. His humour and quest for Innovation is legendary. On his 80th birthday, in these days of ‘quick-fire’ Social media, WhatsApp, SMS and emails, he has painstakingly collected handwritten letters with signatures from each of his favourite well wishers starting from his school days to college and the Professional world, he released a 300 pages Digital Book on his 80th birthday. Absolutely remarkable.
Interpersonal relationships, family ties, importance of friendships and bondages, have all been brought centre-stage in the last two years of this devastating pandemic across the World. Almost every family have known or suffered the anguish of this crisis. Hence every opportunity to share love and affection must be availed. Hence the importance of rare Catalysts like Dr. Indulkar spreading happiness and bonding people has become most critical.
This pandemic is still lurking. Let’s hope the new threat of Omicron passes away without any more damage. Let’s all be vigilant, the safe way, the caring way, the SEEGOS way.
