Of 29 million acres of tillable land, the state has so far verified and handed Pass books establishing ownership of 23 mn acres – “Pattadars” and under the “Rayathu Bandhu” scheme they have distributed cheques worth Rs 52,000 mn to 5.1 mn farmers who have verified Bank accounts and ownership Passbooks. Fantastic rural penetration. Phenomenal administrative success.

Agritech startups and Drone Technology are introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Vision and aerial Imagery analytics to make farming processes more efficient leading to better yields and productivity. Large scale trials are being undertaken using Drones in Sowing by shooting pods with seeds and nutrients into soil, monitoring growth, spraying the globally accepted quantity of right Crop protection chemicals at the appropriate stages more efficiently and safely ( no human exposure), Sustainable Profitable Agriculture, high value crops with optimum usage of Water and nutrients.

If President Trump cancels the H4 visas of Spouses of the Talented Indian IT Professionals currently on H1B visas, worry not. India has opportunities much more than any other place in Hi-tech Agriculture, Modern Robotic Medical interventions, Art and Cultural Tourism, Food, Cuisine and Beverages, literature printing and publishing, Space and Satellite Technologies, Architecture and Constructions and…. and…. and!!!.
